Burgers, wings and anything bacon-wrapped are some standards you’ll find at a sporting event. But there’s one classic bite that’s less of a standard and more of a tradition – the hot dog.

In recent years, hot dogs have been elevated from just a simple weiner and bun to a dish with rich sauces, seasoned veggies, special spices, and gourmet buns. But according to Eater.com, there’s a new hot dog chain that will be heading to Houston soon.

Dog Haus is a California-based chain that creates gourmet hot dogs, burgers and sausages. It’s still unknown when the chain will arrive, or how many locations are under development, but their food seems perfect for game-day or just lounging under the sun enjoying the Houston weather.
