The Houston Rodeo season is finally here with performances by 50 Cent (March 1), Major Lazer (March 8), Bun B (March 12), and the Jonas Brothers (March 15), to name a few. And with good music comes good food with local restaurants offering special promotions, including a deal worth checking out at Tacodeli.

Known for their handcrafted tacos, Tacodeli is joining the rodeo festivities by offering a buy one, get one free special on a Cowboy or Space Cowboy taco from Feb. 26 – March 17. The Cowboy taco is a hearty bite that’s made for beef lovers. The taco is made with dry-rubbed beef tenderloin, caramelized onions, guacamole, roasted peppers, grilled corn, and queso fresco.

The Space Cowboy taco is for the vegetarian at heart, or those who like to maintain a svelte look while in those fitted rodeo jeans. The Space Cowboy is made with roasted baby portabello mushrooms, caramelized onions, guacamole, grilled corn, roasted peppers, and queso fresco.

While dining, you can also try one of the restaurant’s signature margaritas, including the Senorita Margarita on the Rocks. The margarita is made with 100% blue agave, hand-harvested el Jimador tequila mixed with organic cane sugar, Paula’s local orange liqueur, and lime juice.
