The annual day of love is almost here, and what better way to celebrate than with live music and dinner for two? In Houston, there’s a plethora of restaurants that are up for consideration. From charming bistros to fine dining hotspots, there’s a great place for Valentine’s Day dinner in every part of the city, including downtown, where you’ll find the city’s only rockin’ dinner club, Sambuca.

Every year, Sambuca offers a special Valentine’s Day menu accompanied by live music, and this year is no different. Guests will indulge in a three-course menu with entrees that include hickory-smoked prime pork chop, chicken marsala, smoked chile salmon, shrimp scampi, scallop risotto, and veal scallopini. Then there’s the filet with Gorgonzola walnut butter and their 16oz. Certified Angus Beef® ribeye steak.

The music for the evening will be provided by Pete Simple Trio, a local band Sambuca regulars may be familiar with. The band plays at the restaurant regularly, and they will be performing different genres from jazz to the blues.
