With the 4th of July almost here, there’s a variety of events and parties to attend. But there’s one event that’s hard to miss, and that’s the grand opening of Henderson Heights.

Residing at 908 Henderson in the space previously occupied by the Big Eyed Fish, Henderson Heights opened on May 17 with a new look, menu and outdoor patio. The new patio will be a draw for guests as it’s more spacious than before with outside access to the bar, swings and its dog friendly.

This Saturday, July 2 is the official Henderson Heights Grand Opening Celebration with a carnival that includes a pie eating contest, three bands, food booths, dunking booth, games and drink specials. The event is from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and the entire city is invited.
