And with a packed house every weekend, Clarkwood Houston is a buzzy cocktail destination that knows how to deliver daily.

Clarkwood is located at 3201 Allen Parkway and is open daily from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. The fashionable Clarkwood guests range from couples on a date night to groups of friends congregating in one of the city’s most talked about cocktail bars.

The bar’s cocktail menu offers many options, including mocktails, familiar favorites, and signature drinks found only at Clarkwood. The Clarkwood Espresso Martini was a drink I had heard about long before I visited the venue. The specialty cocktail has vodka, Maven Coffee Co. espresso, coffee liqueur, and torched marshmallow.

The Gooseberry Cosmopolitan is another standout on the menu. The drink is made with vodka, lychee sake, elderflower, rose water, citrus, and muddled gooseberries.

Reservations for a table are recommended, especially on a Saturday night, or you’ll look cute standing up all night. Clarkwood is 21+ with an upscale, fashionable dress code.
