Haute cusine, anyone? Luckily, “high cooking” and exceptional dining experiences are trending upwards in the Montrose area with new restaurants to try, including the new French eatery Café Azur. Located in the space formerly occupied by Brasserie Max & Julie, Café Azur is the first U.S. restaurant to be opened by chef/owner Signey Degaine, who has owned three other restaurants.

Café Azur is inspired by Côte d’Azur (the French Riviera), so expect to find Mediterranean-themed dishes with fresh seafood and meats, along with specialty ingredients and sauces.
