Calling all lovers of contemporary fine arts, there is a new art exhibit being showcased at the UNIX Gallery, located in the Montrose area of Houston. The exhibit, Building Space, will feature a collection of photographic works from a group of international contemporary artists: John Messinger, Sabine Pigalle, and Christian Voigt.

At the exhibit, viewers can expect to see a variety of photographic and digitalized images that will allow you to view art from a different dimension. What will make this exhibit so spectacular is that each artist reconstructs still art and transforms it into photographs that can be depicted from a wide variety of point of views.

For American photographer John Messineger, his art will focus solely on combing a variety of images to create one single image in itself. Pigalle’s artwork will focus on reinterpretations of myths, with inspiration from varied sources such as religious history and mythology, through photographs. Lastly, Voigt’s artwork will focus on capturing some of mankind’s greatest landscapes, buildings and architectures through large formatted cameras.

If you would like to view the exhibit for yourself, it will be on display March 18 through April 19.
