The Marlowe is the newest and hottest high-rise currently being built in downtown Houston. Ideally located next to Discovery Green, the GRB Convention Center, Toyota Center, as well as many other hotspots, this new 20-floor project offers 93 units with various floor plans, as well as seven penthouses.

Keeping up with current amenities, the Marlowe will also feature a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, private garages, and a pied-a-terre for guests. The units in the building will boast 10-foot and 12-foot ceilings, high-end stainless appliances, gas cooktops, handsome hardwood floors, showers that include both standard and rain shower heads, as well as solar shades, wine coolers, and crown molding in the penthouses.
