The Duckhorn Wine Dinner is Something Special
With some of the finest culinary creations that you can find in the Bayou City, Glass Wall is a restaurant that never disappoints. Their artfully-crafted menu offers New American items with international twists and flavorings that’s hard to find anywhere else. From their Diver Scallop Sliders to their Six Point Berkshire Pork Chop, Glass Wall nails it and on January 25, it gets even better.
Glass Wall has partnered with Duckhorn Vineyard’s to bring you the Duckhorn Wine Dinner. It’s a five-course meal that’s paired with some of Duckhorn’s best wines. The evening will be hosted by Lindsey Atkinson, Duckhorn’s Texas District Manager. The menu was created by Chef Jorge Rodriguez and its sure to please from start to finish. Below is the full menu.
Crab Salad: Jumbo lump crab meat, mango & papaya pico de gallo, raspberry vinaigrette, French cream
