It’s almost that time of year again when the freaks come out at night to play. Or in this case, they come out for two days straight and dance until they forget the difference between day and night. Halloween is right around the corner, and luckily for us, Disco Donnie Presents and NightCulture have teamed up again to bring us the Something Wicked Festival.

Something Wicked is an EDM Halloween extravaganza that’s one of the top events in Houston during the Halloween season that you definitely don’t want to miss. Texas’ largest Halloween electronic music festival will take place near the Sam Houston Race Park on Saturday, Oct. 29, through Sunday, Oct. 30. Featured guests include Hardwell, Diplo, Carnage, Excision and many more.

Picture yourself in an amazingly energetic crowd dancing the night away to some of the hottest EDM artists and DJs. If you’re a true hardcore electronic fan, you may choose to get there as soon as the doors open at 2 p.m. and stay until it’s over at midnight on Saturday or 10 p.m. on Sunday. You won’t be the only one dancing for 10 hours straight. This is definitely the festival where you leave all your cares at home and enter into a new realm of high-energy partying. There is also a crowd for those who aren’t too big on dancing and just choose to come out and listen to some awesome electronic music acts. For party goers who are 21 years and older, the venue will have cash-only bars that serve a variety of mixed drinks and cold beers.

Something Wicked Festival is the perfect event for adults to exchange their office gear for sexy and quirky DIY outfit. This is a care-free crowd, so you won’t feel out of place at all if you choose to get outrageous with your sense of style.
