Seasons 52 Unveils New Fall Menu
with Steak, Lamb & Wild Cod
While having dinner with that special someone, especially if they’re new, there can be a few awkward moments. You don’t know what to order, and if you do, you don’t want to eat too much. Then there’s the wine list. Usually, you’ll go for a vodka and Red Bull, but tonight, you decide to pace yourself. The house Chardonnay is your go-to when the wine menu requires more than a quick glance. But Seasons 52 wants to elevate your wine game, and they do so in three different ways.
Seasons 52 is back with another seasonal crowd-pleaser. Their Root & Vine fall menu is a three-course expedition with beef, seafood, and desserts. The Root & Vine menu includes the Kona-Crusted Prime Sirloin, Mediterranean Lamb Loin and Brick Oven-Roasted Wild Cod.
The dishes are infused with seasonal fruits and veggies such as mushrooms, pumpkins, and apples. The Root & Vine menu includes an option between a soup or salad, one of the aforementioned entrees and Mini Indulgence dessert, all for $29.95 per person.
Root & Vine also features a Caymus Autumn Flight of three different wines from the Caymus family. The wines are paired with each entree in the menu, which include: Sea Sun by Caymus ‘Tri-County’, Chardonnay, CA (Brick Oven-Roasted Wild Cod), Conundrum, Proprietary, Red Blend, CA ’17 (Mediterranean Lamb Loin) and the Caymus, Cabernet Sauvignon, CA ’17 (Kona-Crusted Prime Sirloin).
The Caymus Autumn Flight is $18, and it takes the stress away when your attention shouldn’t be on a menu but on your date.
