To celebrate New Year’s Eve, Sambuca is offering a chef-prepared menu with three seatings starting at 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and a final seating at 9:30 p.m. Their NYE menu consists of items such as the Shrimp & Crab Bisque, the flame-grilled Salmon Oscar with dill-spiked hollandaise, the Hickory-Smoked Prime Pork Chop and their Filet & Shrimp Duet with gorgonzola walnut butter, asparagus and port wine bordelaise.
