Live music with chef-prepared meals can be a great way to spend a Saturday night, especially at Sambuca Houston. As Houston’s self-proclaimed “rockin’ dinner club,” the restaurant will host its annual New Year’s Eve dinner on Saturday, Dec. 31, with quality entertainment and a decadent menu.

This year, the restaurant offers a three-course dinner, live music from the Tracy Perez Band, and a midnight champagne toast to commemorate the occasion. Perez is a Grammy-nominated singer and the frontman for the local Houston band. As a variety band, guests can expect everything from timeless classics to some of today’s top hits for New Year’s Eve.

The restaurant offers two menus with three seating times, starting at 6 p.m. The regular menu includes items such as the Sambuca Salad as a starter, the Hickory-Smoked Prime Pork Chop with charred tomato sauce and prosciutto mac and cheese as an entrée option, and the Mini Dessert Trio with white chocolate cheesecake, chocolate truffle, and lemon tartlet.

The premium menu includes Lobster Chowder as a starter option, the Filet & Seafood Trio with grilled shrimp, gorgonzola walnut butter, asparagus, and a port wine bordelaise as an entrée, and the Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding for dessert.
