ON THE VERGE Art Exhibit Features Endangered Animals
You don’t have to be an artist to enjoy art and you don’t have to be an animal lover to respect the beauty of Mother Nature and her wildlife. And if you love both, you should take some time out of your schedule between Aug. 3-31 to visit ON THE VERGE, an art exhibit by Susan Spjut and Michael Bonagurios hosted at the Archway Gallery. The artists consider all of the paintings a tribute to zookeepers who care for endangered animals and devote their lives to educating and informing the public.
Spjut and Bonagurios’ paintings focus on endangered animals, a subject matter that was specifically inspired by a family trip to the Galapagos Islands. Both of the artists have a deep concern for the environment and our dwindling resources. For more information on viewing times and purchasing tickets, please visit archwaygallery.com.
