Entertainment is a definite go-to when you’re looking for some fun, amusement or a simple diversion from the daily grind.  I enjoy traveling and great food, but however you explore it, entertainment should bring you joy and a little life. And at 3704 Fannin in Midtown, there’s a new form of life that has emerged as a weekend destination with familiar faces and quality entertainment.

LIFE opened last month as a multi-level nightclub that’s already making a name for itself with special guest DJs, bottle service and the latest in hip-hop, Reggeaton and Top 40 mash-ups. The new venue welcomed Miami native George Acosta on April 29 with a free show for guests, who danced the night away to Acosta’s heavy beats. The Cuban-born DJ arrived to kick off LIFE Fridays, a weekly event that happens with special themed events, DJs and promoters such as Marco Reyna and Jonathan Zarate.

On May 15, LIFE will launch its new Sunday night series called #TheSundayLife. Although details about the DJ lineup and events haven’t yet been released, the club will surely follow the Sunday Funday format. Aura, Proof Rooftop Lounge and Clé are just a few of the Sunday club destinations that are pulling in nice crowds due to big name performers, drink specials and regulars who visit the venues weekly.

LIFE is 21 and up and you can get more details by visiting their Facebook page here.
