Hopdoddy Burger Bar, the handcrafted burger restaurant that has been satisfying burger lovers throughout Texas and the West Coast for years, has officially opened its first Houston location at the River Oaks District.

As a specialty burger joint that’s known for custom toppings and bold flavors, Hopdoddy will join a list of other top burger-based restaurants in Houston that includes Bellaire Broiler Burger, Grub Burger Bar and Someburger. And just like some of its counterparts, Hopdoddy has an all-natural approach to how they make their burgers.

For instance, Hopdoddy only uses hormone-free and antibiotic-free beef. Their buns are made from scratch, and they grind everything in-house. Some of their in-house grinds include Angus, Akaushi, Bison, turkey, chicken, black bean and tuna. And we can’t forget about their fries. These hand-cut creations are now the new “it” potato, the Kennebec.

In addition to burgers, Hopdoddy will offer salads and their signature milkshakes. From Red Velvet Cake to Stout Chocolate, Hopdoddy promises to deliver great shakes for the summer.
