I’ve visited countless apartment complexes, and I have to take my hat off to the ‘Pearl’ concept of living. The developers are certainly catering to a demographic that wants the best of the best, the newest of the new, and residents who want to see and be seen.

What better place for a concept like this other than midtown? The walkability to all of the restaurants and lounges is pretty unique in a city like Houston, which requires you to drive just about anywhere. This is a special development in an ideal setting that will allow it to thrive.
