More and more people are starting to adjust their living style vertically rather than horizontally.  What does this mean?  This means that a majority of people buying within the hot neighborhoods are moving into the 3-4 story townhouse type layouts in order to get closer to the middle of the city.  As you’re well aware, these structures are being built more and more and you’re seeing some repetition from the production builders.  What is it that would make one of these homes stand out and above all of the others?  Aside from being built by a reputable builder, the finishes on the interior of the house has a great deal to do with the way the home is perceived.

I just listed a home, 531 W. Bell in Montrose which is the perfect example of this.  Things like Carrera marble countertops instead of standard granite, high end stainless appliances rather than entry level builder packages, and rich wide plank hardwood floors as opposed to the standard thin planks with the gold finish.  These things in addition to the soaring ceilings throughout the entire house are the things that make this home stand out and show more attractively than others that are on the market.  Look at this photo of the kitchen and see for yourself – it’s absolutely gorgeous!
