You’ve heard me say this before but East Downtown is absolutely on fire right now.  People are starting to catch on with what new developments are under way and what is about to happen in the area.  Property values are certainly going to be reinforced if not raised so now is a great time to get in the area for a home for yourself or a rental property – the townhouses in the area have fantastic rental potential.
