739 Nagle has to be, in all honesty, one of the most special homes I’ve ever seen in East Downtown, and having lived in EaDo for the past six years, that’s quite the compliment. It was designed by Lake Flato Architects and built by Lovett Homes, the luxury sister of In-Town Homes, which has largely developed and is still developing the entire East End.

This home has just about everything you could imagine in an East End home. It features brushed concrete and beautiful hardwood floors, along with high soaring ceilings that contain floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flood effortlessly through the space. One feature that I absolutely love is that the balconies off of the living area and the master bedroom are completely screened in. You’re able to relax outside in beautiful weather without having to worry about being bothered by our little flying friends who tend to make us want to stay inside.

The entire third floor of this home is a master retreat with a huge oversized bathroom, three separate closets, utility room, sitting area, and its own private balcony. Speaking of balconies, off of the fourth floor, you have a huge balcony with a photo-worthy view of the lit downtown skyline, which is truly breathtaking. If you want to talk about a true gem in the city, as cliché as it may sound, this is it. Contact me for more information and to take a look at this gorgeous urban-chic retreat!
