Maggiano’s Unveils a New Brunch Menu for the Spring
Looking for a new place to impress your friends for brunch? Well, look no further. Maggiano’s, best known for their authentic Italian-American cuisine, just launched their new brunch menu the weekend of March 4.
With two locations in Houston, the Maggiano’s brunch menu offers 12 special items that were cultivated by their seasoned chefs. The menu includes classic brunch items with a Maggiano’s twist.
“Brunch is not just a meal. It’s a celebration. And, that’s what we specialize in – creating memorable events in our dining and banquet rooms,” said Steve Provost, president of Maggiano’s Little Italy.
Eggs benedict is a central theme in the brunch menu with a variety of options to choose from, including:
The Meatball Benedict – made with an English muffin, poached eggs, oven-dried roma tomatoes and hollandaise sauce
Crab Cake Benedict – made with the Maggiano’s signature jumbo lump crab cakes, English muffin, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
Nueske’s Smoked Ham Benedict – made with an English muffin, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
Smoked Salmon and Spinach Benedict – made with an English muffin, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
Chicken Francese Benedict – made with an English muffin, arugula, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
And for the pancake and French toast lovers like me, there’s something for us too.
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes made fresh daily in-house and are served with whipped cream, maple syrup and blueberries
Crème Brûlée French Toast made with cranberry raisin focaccia and served with maple syrup and fresh strawberries
