Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is all about indulgence. From their finest prime steak to their decadent desserts, a dish at Fleming’s is executed to perfection. And now there’s a new reason to plan a visit.

From now until April 20, Fleming’s is hosting its Southern Hemisphere Wine Harvest Dinner that can only be classified as exceptional. The dinner was conceptualized due to the harvest of ripe grapes that are perfect for wine-making in the Southern Hemisphere this time of the year. So Fleming’s created a three-course menu that’s paired with wines from Argentina, New Zealand and Australia.


** Ora King Salmon with panko mushroom truffle crust, sautéed beech mushrooms, garlic butter sauce
** Cloudy Bay, Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough New Zealand

** New Zealand Rack Of Lamb served over crispy leeks and truffle-parsley mashed potatoes
** Yalumba, Shiraz Barossa Patchwork Australia

** Filet and Flavor Flight featuring a main filet mignon served with a flavor flight, including rich mole and cabernet butter sauces, savory chimichurri and black lava salts

** Catena, Malbec Mendoza Vista Flores Argentina

The dinner starts at $79, and you can make reservations for dinner seven days a week. Fleming’s Steakhouse & Wine Bar is always must visit. If not for the seafood, then for a steak. It’s worth it!
