You guys!  I MUST tell you about this unit at The Royalton that I just listed.  It’s on the 24^th floor and has views for DAYS!  The Dunlavy, Buffalo Bayou, and the treetops of River Oaks welcome you every morning and night from the unobstructed city views that this unit holds.

Let’s talk about the interior of it for a second.  Gorgeous.  That’s basically it.  The owners of this unit have meticulously maintained it and have updated it very nicely to the standards of today’s buyer.  The furniture looks like it came out of a gallery catalogue and the layout lends itself to effortless entertaining.  How can you not have a fabulous cocktail party with floor to ceiling glass of an ever-changing city portrait?

The open kitchen, which has been tastefully redone with a neutral gray palette, is great for having friends over and having them help you prepare a meal at the island.  It’s the perfect interaction for having a date with a private chef for the evening enhancing your culinary skills.

The bedroom is flooded with natural sunlight that brings any mood or vibe of energy to an all-time high.  Waking up to a view of the Galleria skyline is certainly nothing to bat an eye at.  I can talk for days about this unit but just call me to take a look at it – it’s something you have to experience firsthand!
